Returns and refunds
You have 60 days from delivery to send your gear back, worn on the job or unworn. This applies to everything bought on extreme-access.dk, sale items included.

How to return
- Email hej@extreme-access.dk or write to us on the contact page with your order number and what you are sending back.
- We confirm the return and tell you what to put in the parcel.
- Pack the gear clean, with tags if you still have them, and send it to the address below. You choose the carrier and pay the postage. Keep the receipt and tracking number until your refund arrives.
Your refund
When the return arrives, we refund the price you paid for the item to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. The cost of the original delivery is not refunded, except when you cancel within the 14-day period described below.
What we cannot take back
Gear damaged by misuse, and products bought from other shops or dealers. Those go back to the place you bought them.
Faulty or wrong item
If something arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us straight away. In that case you do not pay to send it back, and your statutory right to complain about faulty goods (2 years in the EU) still applies.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Return the item as above and place a new order for the size you want. Our size guide helps you pick the right one.
14-day right of withdrawal (EU)
As a consumer in the EU, you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Tell us by email or through the contact page. If you cancel within these 14 days, we also refund the cost of standard delivery. You pay the postage to send the gear back. This right comes on top of our 60-day returns, not instead of it.
