You have 60 days from delivery to wear it, test it and decide. No restocking fee, no argument. We only ask that you return it clean and with tags where possible.

Use it for real shifts: rain, rope, harness and all. You need to know it works where it counts.

Decide within 60 days
If the fit, movement or durability is not right, simply request a return within 60 days from delivery.

Send it back
Drop the gear in the post with the original tags if you still have them. We refund the full item price.
What is covered
The 60-day guarantee applies to regular-priced workwear purchased directly from our store. It covers workmanship, fit and performance during normal use on the job.
What is not covered
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, products purchased from third parties or items clearly marked as clearance or final sale.
How long it takes
Once we receive your return, the refund will be processed within five working days. The refund covers the purchase price of the item. Shipping costs are not refunded.
The 60-day guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
