Extreme Access (Viking Rubber Co.) is the data controller for this website. Below is what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we store without asking
Your cart, your sign-in session and basic security data. Without these the shop cannot work, so they do not need your consent. They stay in your browser until you clear it or the session ends.
What we only store if you accept
If you choose "Accept all", we load Klaviyo on the site. It records which pages and products you look at and what you add to your cart, so we can send you relevant emails and remind you about an unfinished order. If you decline, Klaviyo is not loaded at all.
When you give us your details
Newsletter signup, a review, a partner access request or an order: we keep the name, email and the details you typed so we can answer you, send what you asked for, and run the order. Email addresses on reviews are never published. Orders are handled through Shopify and payment providers; emails through Klaviyo. Newsletter data stays until you unsubscribe; order records are kept as long as bookkeeping law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, or object to marketing. Write to us and we will handle it. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
